  1 Simply push them in at a 45 degree in the desired hole of the shoe. The fabric of the Croc will gently open as it is very flexible. 
  2 Push downwards so the black base of the charm snaps into place. 
  3 Now turn your charm to the desired direction.

  push from the inside of your shoe until it pops out rather 
  than pulling from the top.
